Opis: In addition to integrating, the training will also convey some typical educational messages. Therefore the programme of the workshop will also cover matters related to:

-communication (mainly within the team but also externally, team members to external and internal customers),
-separating the subject, task, or problem from the person,
-proactive thinking and acting (how to convince an employee to take the initiative to do or change something, instead of waiting for her/his boss to delegate it),
-boss and employee interactions in their general meaning (how to encourage an employee to express her/his opinions in the presence of the boss even when it doesn’t coincide with what the boss thinks or has decided).

Owner and director of a company The Institute of Creativity and Development .
Previously Mr. Sroczynski was an Associate at Russell Reynolds Associates, a world-wide executive search firm, and a Senior Consultant with Power Business, a training and consulting firm. He was also Business Manager, Poland with the Gillette company, where he introduced the Oral-B brand into the market and earlier was with Philip Morris as the National Marketing Manager, Poland. Before that, Mr. Sroczynski was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for American Travel Abroad Inc. in New York and Warsaw. He began his career as a Financial Analyst with Bishop Skinner Ltd. in London.

Mr. Sroczynski received a B.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of London.

Graduate of the Mastery University In USA –world famous Anthony Robbins Academy.

He received an International Coach Certificate from Behavioral Coaching Institute (he is a member of International Coaching Community).

He is a certified lecturer of Harvard Bussiness Review Poland.

Mr. Sroczynski conducts training courses in Polish or English. He specialises in Management, Leadership, Change Management, Conflict Management, Coaching, Motivation, Team Building and Team Development Skills, also Negotiation Skills, Selling Skills and Advanced Selling Skills, Customer Service and Train the Trainer Skills. Responding to the demand of our customers, Mr. Sroczynski also participates in executive coaching programmes with top level management.

He has worked with: Bank Zachodni WBK, Raiffeisen Bank, PBK PBK S.A. , PTC Era GSM, ITM Poland, Owens Ilinois, Egis Polska, Beiersdorf – Lechia, Hewlett Packard Polska,

Training objective and methods

The aim of the training is to integrate the team and to build relationships within the group. One of the most efficient training methods used to achieve such a goal is to conduct a series of tasks and exercises and to introduce a strategic game which will engage all the participants and enable them to demonstrate their skills and abilities.
